The volcano itself on the short route is only 1.5 hours, but the whole tour was 4.5. Of course, they don't tell you that up front. Don't waste your time and money on these people. Find a tour operator who will take you there and return in a decent time. The coffee farm is not worth visiting and the coffee is weak and not very good. Do not use Nahual tours, they are awful and a waste of a perfectly good day.
