Nice hotel in Matagalpa. Clean, neat, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The rooftop terrace is excellent in the afternoons to catch a breeze. The accept dollars or córdobas. They have around a 2% premium on exchange if you pay in dollars. There is also an air conditioned meeting room.

This is a great place to stay in Matagalpa. The rooms are beautiful, and they all have air conditioning, TVs, plenty of outlets, and in-suite bathrooms. Most rooms also have a great view of the city, and there is a rooftop terrace for just hanging out. The city center is only a couple minutes away by walking. Not sure if there is any off-street parking available, though.

Everything was great about the hotel. Yes is not a fancy hotel, but a nice cozy one. I stayed 2 days and enjoyed it a lot. One advised, pay in Cordobas, Nicaragua's currency, instead of Dollars. You will pay more if you pay in Dollars or with a credit card, not a lot, but they charge you for doing so. Change to the local currency and you will be fine! Next to the Hotel there is a Nice buffet style restaurant with good Nicaraguan food, or you can always walk and find many other local restaurants too. Enjoy!
