Very good food. I wish prices were more appealing to a Nicaraguan budget

Nice place, good food, great view and a fresh breeze. Just be careful with the price on the juices.

I really like this place and go there almost every time I'm in Granada. Very friendly staff, good breakfast food with a lot of variety. I don't think yoiu can go wrong with breakfast there. (Oddly I've only been there for breakfast).

I was teetering on 4 stars or 5, I went with 5 because I don't believe you can get a better breakfast in town and sitting on the shaded porch in front of one of the oldest churches in the Americas is pretty awesome. So yea, the more I think about it, for breakfast it's a solid 5.

Great food and coffee! Very busy because it’s very popular. Quick service and great area to people watch and explore the nearby art galleries afterwards.

Nothing extraordinary but very pricy. You can get the same food at other places i' Granada for cheaper

Great place for traditional American breakfast food. I highly recommend the blueberry waffles.

I absolutely ADORE Kathy's Waffle House. They have the best pancakes and potatoes that I have ever had in my entire LIFE! I miss this place so much because I live over 2,000 miles away from it. Wish I could hop on a plane just to eat their breakfast. So good, my favorite place to eat!

Breakfast or brunch is delicious. The place is usually packed, so get there considering some wait time. Place now accepts credit and debit cards. Weather is always warm and sunny. Now you can also order other meals such meats, pastas, salads, sandwiches and such.

This is a great spot to have breakfast. I've had typical Nicaraguan breakfast and also waffles. The waffles are really good, although there are many other places with better typical breakfasts at a better price as well. It gets very crowded and you might have to wait for a table.

Great spot for breakfast and American style food. It's a bit pricey but a nice spot to relax. The wait staff strive to take care of their guests and seemed to genuinely want to help tourists out.

Really good, friendly staff, and it's cheap. Looks like American food. Only down side is the flies but that's normal

Great place for breakfast! Fantastic waffles and eggs and bacon and most especially the Homestyle potatoes. The one downside I would say is that waffles do not come with anything, you have to purchase two separate entrees if you want waffles and eggs ect.

The food was good. The reason that the menu doesn't include tax and tip is because the restaurant is Americanized for tourists.

Overrated. Definitely wish we had gone somewhere else for our last breakfast in Granada. The service was unbelievably slow, the food was only alright, and the prices were unreasonably high. Definitely would have been much happier almost anywhere else.

Big choice menu here and friendly English speaking staff which is great. Free coffee with every meal is bound to be the draw in for many customers but meals don't include tax. Quick service with OK prices, I've seen cheaper options around at the same if not better quality. Safe establishment, food is ok and lots of refreshing beverages options. Vegetarian options available. Wouldn't go back for that the value didn't justify the price.

Misleading menu prices. Misleading descriptions in fact. Was excited by the menu but disappointed when the food was served. Overpriced and the quality is lacking. Waiters aren't the friendliest but I'm starting to realise service with a smile isn't a thing in Nicaragua. This place tries to copy a US style breakfast joint but falls short. Not impressed, wouldn't recommend.
