  They claim that our bad review on tripadvisor is untrue and our issue was settled on mutual accord (it was not so easy for us! and they did try to presssure us to click cancel on the booking site claiming nothing will happen..). The 15 USD that was blocked on our card was released after 2 weeks.. Still, they should not falsely advertise anything on booking (especially AC) if they do not want unhappy potential guests.

  We stayed two nights here, great location, very quiet place, nice court yard, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Asked for room #2 it's bigger with fan, AC, cable TV too. The best of all it's really cheap. Highly recommended.
