I gave them 1 star because it wasn't possible to give 0. They did not honor my reservation, sold my room, and left me to walk the street seeking last minute accommodation. Awful treatment. I reserved this hotel room through expedia during the Easter weekend for 3 nights. Because I understand how quickly rooms fill up during the holidays I made my reservations 3 weeks ahead of time and got the last available room. Excited for my stay, I began my journey at 5 am catching the Tica Bus out of Costa Rica to Nicaragua. I arrived at the hotel at 2pm eager to get in my room, take a bath, a nap and find something to eat. However, to my dismay and astonishment when I produced my reservation papers and passports to the receptionist he stared at me blankly and said the hotel was full! He went on to blame his manager for overbooking and suggested that "I" walk down the street to see if a hostel was available or that "I" call expedia to find another hotel! I was livid. It took everyone good bone in my body not to behave like a rabid dog. His manager never answer ANY of his repeated calls and as I stood sweating in the heat of the moment and the day I finally reached expedia (with no help from the receptionist because he said thier phone did not make long distance or toll free calls). Expedia went through the same thing with him as he explained the room had been given to someone else and that the manager was unreachable. At the end of it I was forced to walk the streets to find another place to stay. As expected the only available rooms were in hostels or high priced hotels. I had to pay more than 2x the price for the hotel I found. Therefore I have nothing good to say about this hotel (except a waiter offered me a chair when he saw me sweating and tired after 1 and a half hours speaking with the receptionist).

Excelente hotel en Granada: buena atención, habitaciones grandes y limpias y cómodas, precios accesibles, está abierto 24 horas además está ubicado en la calle La Calzada por lo que tenés cerca restaurantes, bares, ATM's. Súper recomendado.
