  I bought a cell phone on September 2, 2020 and EG Q7 I noticed that it downloaded quickly on the 5th I went to the store to file the claim, they gave me instructions on how to load it and see if it improved, I followed the instructions and it remained the same. So I went to the store again, they tell me that I have to leave it so that they can take me to the workshop and that possibly on Friday or next week they will have an answer. SOMETHING I DON'T SEE CORRECT I PAY 6,999 CORDOBAS FOR THE CELL PHONE AND I DO NOT HAVE CELL PHONE BECAUSE IT IS BAD THE ONE THAT THEY SOLD ME. Find out what to do to solve faster. I bought it, it is not financed, I bought it because I need it, not for them to have it for me in a workshop
