  Bonito lugar con varios pozos de aguas termales perfectamente preparados para baños a diferentes temperaturas, duchas, vestuarios.. etc. Las personas que atienden dan intersantes explicaciones de como surgieron las termas y como han ido desarrollando el proyecto cooperativo. Una excursión muy interesante y atractiva.

  This was in interesting place if you are in this part of the country already (this is a pretty untraveled area for most tourists). Is it worth taking a side trip from Somoto on a busy backpacking trip? Maybe. There are other things to discover in the area and I'll leave those at that.
  It was more expensive than we thought it should be especially compared to other water features in Nicaragua and with the low attendance I would suspect this area to get tourist wise. I don't remember exactly how much it was but I believe it was more than $5 each (may have been closer to $10). This would have been fine except that you have to pay more to sit in the pools that are actually hot. Otherwise you only get to sit in a lukewarm pool.
  The road in is fairly long and muddy/unpaved. There is no place to stay on the site although you may be able to ask locals around for a place to stay if you are into that.
  Bring food to cook in the thermal kitchens! They are boiling hot pools that would be great for boiling vegetables and things to eat.
