I wholly endorse the review of Mike Hall as an accurate portrayal of what is, for just about every stakeholder, a very poor excuse for a school. DO NOT, under any circumstances, consider either working or enrolling your child at Whiteplains "British" School. As a teacher you will have the worst imaginable experience with next to no resources and either you or your colleagues discarded like one of their hard-to-come-by whiteboard markers.
As a fee-paying parent, you will be effectively ripped off. The reality is a mediocre classroom experience - despite the best intentions of teachers who have not been paid for up to three months - hindered by ill-disciplined students, predictably matched by exam results that barely register a pulse. The Hostels are NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT for your child. Students are frequently left unsupervised with the consequence that the inmates have, effectively, taken over the asylum.
Of course, all of this is down to the Owner/Director who is in it just for a quick buck. He is finding out the hard way that his ignorance of all matters connected with education, coupled with his high disregard for staff utterly explains why his school is running at 10% capacity. "Dr" Francis Nwufoh is not a man you should have any dealings with. I, too, suspect that the only way this man was capable of gaining a PhD was by purchasing it. This person, also trying to establish himself as a Pastor, is motivated only by greed. He is the least Christian person you are likely to run into. You are advised to hang onto your money and find a school worthy of the name.
