A nice place for family's get away. Ideal for holiday makers away from the pollution of the city. Will love a 2nd visit. Quite refreshing.

Whispering Palm beach resort is a serene and quite resort with lovely activities and hotel accommodation. It is an ideal vacation spot, faraway from all the stress and noise in Lagos. Coconut water and coconut is always readily available because the resort is generously surrounded by coconut trees.

They serve both continental and local foods with large varieties of seafoods.

Bad side, the resort is not well maintained, bad connecting roads and most of the boats are not functional again.

Whispering Palms Beach Resort is a hotel that focuses on providing a relaxing stay for business travellers. The hotel is situated in a beautiful seaside location, surrounded by palm trees and lush sand; all aiming to create a soothing atmosphere. The food served is a choice of different international cuisines, as well as local Nigerian delicacies.
Rooms at the Whispering Palms Beach Resort are clean and well kept, with full air conditioning. If you are looking for something more pricey and exclusive, there are suites and executive wings available.
Room service is provided 24 hours per day. There are numerous facilities available to help you relax, such as a fitness centre and swimming pool. Security is emphasized here and there are teams of guards onsite to keep you safe.
Whispering Palms Beach Resort has three conference halls.

Had fun visiting the place. No palms whispering though so I wonder where the name comes from. Boat ride was great. Low popular boat then a classy private boat for those that paid more to lodge. Don't know what to say about that though. I guess business is business. To get on the popular boat ride, you have to stay in line for a while and wait to exchange jackets with those on board already. Not a bad experience.

A very nice place to get away from all the stress of work and traffic and all...very quiet place with good food, a swimming pool, speed boating, tour to the first building in Nigeria, the slave trade and many other beautiful sights.. good for newly weds to spend their honey moon, married couples to take time off, etc. They have a problem with the WiFi as at the time I was there but I believe it has been fixed by now. The food is quite expensive tho but it also good. They have a bar also filled with all sorts of drinks and beers and alcoholic wines. The weather is very chilled because its close to the ocean. They should try to work on the network because it isn't so good. They should also acquire ATM so customers can have cash due to the lack of banking services in the area. The roads within the facility are good but outside aren't but you won't even notice that when you've settled in the resort. They've got parrots too just in case you love parrots. Lots and lots of trees to relax and chill under. They also have games too..like video games for kids and table tennis and scrabble and other games for adults. You should try coming here.. Its awesome!

This place is very good getaway spot, tucked around the Badsey Lagoon. Take a boat trip to the Resorts private beach.
Food tasty but expensive and the place can be cleaner than what is. I saw cockroach in my room and also at the reception.

My husband and I simply loved it. Our child did too. A perfect getaway for families, lovers, groups and individuals. A lot to eat and drink. Comfortable bed ( pillow was too hard for me). Interesting Historic places to visits. Lovely staff.

Very quiet and empty except during major holidays. Good for group visits. Not good for alone visits.

A cool resort centre located in Badagry. It has lots of historic structures and its a really serene place for a getaway. They have a mini zoo, a lagoon and some cool views. Very affordable.

Cool for family timeouts, tho the exterior could be better. The rooms are big and spacious. The Restaurant food is really good too.

There are snacks..a cool bar, good barbecue, and a clean pool. Overall a good experience.

Nice place and away from the hustle and bustles of Lagos. A little expensive for the standard and kind of staff, nice fresh coconut, but they close as early as 6pm.
