For a purpose built building like this, one would expect better design and utilization of space. It's nice to see that the banks logo is expressed in the layout of the building. A wema bank staff couldn't withdraw cash from the ATM here at past midnight 😢

Customer service is very poor, called and was put on hold for over 30 mins and still didn't get to speak to anybody, where is this done, only in my country, it's really a pity
