The room rates are ridiculously low, clean, well furnished and non-smoking rooms. The food is so amazing!

Nice place to stay except a number of things can be improved. Be aware of the noise outside as the location is in a very busy building site. I was constantly woken up by the hammering and building work adjacent to the hotel. Every morning non stop, very unpleasant.
No kettle in the room although I had to request this and a kettle was provided to me. Would have been nice to come with complimentary tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was weak with no service at all at times. Not enough towels me and my husband had to share one towel between us. The bathrooms require an upgrade as the shower required repair and barely any water was sufficient to wash. Room service extorniate, had to walk downstairs to get any drinks or food otherwise you are hit with a large bill. Food expensive and had to pay for water which is a basic necessity. Staff whom clean the rooms complete an excellent job and the rooms are nicely done. Would I stay again? Yes if it is the only option. The price is cheaper than most although you end up paying more for food and drink and service charges. Staff friendly enough but hey we are in Lagoswhat do you expect?
