It's has a very natural blend of elegance and calm. Well lit area and lovely ambience.

This building shares activity space with Guarantee Trust Bank. Has a good layout and spacious parking lot around it. The fountain and sitting structures makes it a favorite for students to hangout coupled with free WiFi available. It's adjacent to Moremi Female hostel and by the flanks are Jaja Hall and Mariere Shopping complex. The rounded tilled space outside of it makes some suggest it as a Copter's landing space but i disagree with that.

With a total area of 1147.4 sq. metres and a site plan area of 436.3 sq. metres; it is eye-catching as it carries a semblance of cubes staggered around each other. The ribbed floor system was used to cater for the large spans, as the columns within the building were not many. Also the columns were irregularly shaped to suit the architectural cubic- like design. The foundation type used was the isolated footing

One of the best parks in Unilag, complete with sitting, a fountain, graffiti and security. A beauty spot for taking pictures for many both day and night. Plus the Alumni Jubilee House which is detached from the bank. ATM spot as well.

It's about the best park on campus. Many other parks (like that of Access Bank, for instance) have tried to rival this one and they haven't done so well at all, I must admit. It has a fountain right in front of it with lots of beautiful flowers surrounding it. Intending couples sometimes use its scenery to take their pre-wedding pictures.
The only minus is that it's not useful to you when there's rain or a very harsh weather.response / report this review -

Quite a good relaxation spot in front of the GTB. The waterfall especially is very eye-catching and the cool breezy moments just get you in touch with nature. There are metallic seats lined up in stairs with beautiful gardening around. It's mostly utilized by students and very popular at evening time. Best for hangouts and chills.

It's a park that's cool to stay at. It's not roofed, so staying there on a hot day isn't idealexcept you need a tan. But in the evenings, it's always fun to be there.
There is a water fountain there, and the sound of it is very refreshing as you sit alone, with friends or you're having discussions.
On some Fridays, a movie is displayed on the massive screen in front, making this place a blissful one. If you're in UNILAG you'll understand. 😎response / report this review -

This building houses a Banking hall (Guaranty Trust Bank) and several ATM machines. 😊 It is also free WiFi zone with a cool relaxation spot with a water fountain.

Beautiful and unique structure located within the University of Lagos, just beside the GT bank. The halls and offices are spacious, the decor is white and lovely. The building is like a cocoon from the outside world, with its noise insulation. But it is mostly underutilized.

The alumni jubilee house is not exactly a place open to the public. it's just some sort of office for unilag alumni network. It's a very cool, fresh and tall building tho. And it's got GTbank running in it too. It has this very cool helipad and it's a very nice place for taking pictures.
GTbank has however gone ahead to make somewhere inside the spot a hangout spot.
It's got a very cool fountain and seats people can't seat on to talk, especially lovers . You could also have a 2-3 man business meeting there cos it's usually quiet. It however has no shade. So whenever it's sunny, trust me you don't want to be there

One of the beautiful architectural pieces in Unilag.
The ATMs here always has cash. Though ATM usage traffic is high, you won't spend more than 5mins in queue for normal transactions.
There is a small green area to sit and relax. As there is free-wifi in the area, it is never isolated.response / report this review -

This is the official secretariat of the Alumni of University of Lagos. A very nice place. In the building is a Guarantee Trust Bank branch.
