It is very close to the Vice Chancellor's lodge, Senior staff's quaters and Blocks of flats. It is quite affordable and serene. It is the best place to put up if you need an accommodation closest to school.

It a cool place for overnight stays and on shor duration in Uniben. It located inside the campus. It is calm and quiet and 24hr power available. Its price range from 6000- 12500. It has a resturant and bar but with limited options to eat and drink.

This is a guest house within the school environment, so, there is security. They need to get a trained personnel for management purposes. They have a very poor customer service. No good generating set when there was no electricity in the night. The air conditioner was bad and was not working. This can serve better for an emergency option when there is no other available and can serve just for one night and you be on your way. They have wheelchair accessible parking lot.

Very bad place I have ever stayed. I felt i was dupped. Highly overprised. 10k yet everything not working. Services very poor. No heater, TV not working, can't even watch local news, dirty toilets, intercom not working, mosquitoes all over the place. Need total renovation and possibly re-training of the staff. Noting seems to be working in ED 008. It is an experience, I won't forget in a hurry.

Cool and quiet environment. Electricity is consistent.
Food takes a while to order though, and some of the amenities need fixing

A nice place to spend the night if you have any thing to do at the campus. Rates are moderate compared to hotels in the city. Recently got a face lift.

Quiet, safe, decent and interesting environment. Enjoyed my breakfast. And there's a Catholic Church - the popular St. Albert - about 1.5km away. Really beautiful interior and ceilings especially , my mother-in-law says it looked like a night club 😁 Don't ask when last she visited one

Rooms were a bit over priced for their standard. No hot water in the room I stayed and they kept me waiting for hot water but it never came. A few mosquitoes as well. That's all the negative stuff.

Environment is tranquil, peaceful and private. Worth it in the end.
