Ukpererhen Town Hall

  The Town Hall is a small concrete building without windows and doors. It is located about 100meters from the primary school and 50 meters to the river side. People travelling to and from neighbouring villages like Esaba and Otutuama usually wait at the town hall to get motorcycle to transport them to Ubogo junction. Youths in the community usually gather at the town hall mid-day,Some with cutlass, the older ones with fishing baskets and traps and still other boatmen sit here waiting for passengers going to neighbouring villages.
