United Africa Company is a Nigerian firm with interest in manufacturing, real estate, warehousing, agriculture, logistics and retail business. It used to me one the countries top retail chain. It's subsidiary includes CAP Plc and MDS Logistics. This facility in Abuja is its regional head office. The corporate office houses various offices and units. UAC also have a restaurant business along with UAC foods makers of popular snacks and drinks.
