Good customer hospitality. Very fast communication devices, humble and respectful room service attendance's, nice pool side. They can improve on the variety of drinks sold at their bar. I give them 4/5.

The hotel is cool and nice but there's no reservations for breakfast and table water.
Most hotels, have table water in their refrigerator.

The hotel is not internet friendly. No WIFI. Even phone data does not work in this hotel Food is poorly served.. Customer Service is poor Agents react to clients based on their current emotions.. I had a poor experience..
