  This is an area with a dam ,water treatment plant ,authentic fulani settlements and a garden at house 213 with greenhouses choke full of cacti and succulents.

  The view was nice but the police at the gate requested a bribe, and when we finally settled down to a picnic the so called security harassed us and at the end requested a bribe again
