It's a great boutique hotel at a reasonable price, the restaurant (Traffic) is fantastic, though service may take a while. I love the attention to detail and that it's very artsy.
Nice place to stay generally. Though I'll recommend that you ask for a room that's far away from the restaurant as not all the rooms are properly soundproof.response / report this review -

This is where to be whenever you are in Abuja. It's in the heart of Maitama and Ministers Quarters. The drinks at the "Traffic Bar" are unnecessarily expensive but it keeps people with bad behaviour away. Great place but residents eagerly request for a hotel. I give it a mini 4-Star rating. Wonderful security personnel but be watchful of the bar staff, they took my money and promised to revert the billing.

One of the best hotels in Abuja, hands down. You get amazing service, the rooms are well planned and the Traffic restaurant always has delightful meals. It's also very reasonably priced so there's no room for complaint.
However, some of the bathrooms in the deluxe rooms are tight so you might end up with water on the floor. Also, each room has a small water heater so you might run out of hot water if you decide to take a long shower.
All things considered, it's a really nice and artsy boutique hotel that consistently delivers.response / report this review -

Really nice and serene environment. With the complement of the infamous traffic bar within the same premises. it's just simply fantastic and good value for money. Although the food can a bit pricey.
