Excellent place for shopping with lot of stores selling fabrics and other clothing materials. You can also get your drugs from the pharmaceutical store and a game center for both adult and kids. It's easily accessible with parking space for disabled people

It's a small smallbut it's beautiful and kids are sure to enjoy going there as there are toy rides placed strategically around the mall. Good but not as big as the malls I'm used to.

Great shopping under 1 rooffrom the Kids' toy and party store (Markdyna Party plus) to the Bumper car ride and Lizzie's restaurant.Good parking space and excellent location

I really like it based on its proximity to the main road and the security people were so nice . However, some workers felt irritated at some time when asking for prices of products . This happened in one of the stores called Bazaar. They believed they were doing me a favor and that's almost the same experience with many stores. The usually have poor customer service.

It is a shopping mall that houses a supermarket, a bar, a pharmacy and a convenience store. There is also a nice eatery located at the front of the Mall with its eating area situated upstairs. This offers you a good view of the road and surrounding areas. It is a nice addition to the community.

Good looking Mall by Nija standard's.

Met the owner, clearly learned, polite with a vision of putting Ibadan up there. With more malls like this, Ibadan may even start to look like dubai (may be am pushing it (: ).

The mall has good toilets, equiped with hand showers like in Dubai for those who prefer to wash as opposed to solid tissue paper and still well managed in terms of cleanliness.

Good mix of shops but clearly still new hence not enough shops opened nor enough flow of customers walking through.

Being related to a shop owner there, the rent is steep by Ibadan standards, coupled with having to pay atleast 2 years rent. Some owners may be tempted to increase prices, like the fast food joint sells ordinary jellof rice for 800. Even more expensive than mega chicken and the likes in Lagos. However some others shops like the supermarket found a way round it and still remain dead cheap.

As for parking space, the owner should have replied they are building extra parking at the back! So they are clearly thinking of growth and not compromising on shopping experience.

Final thoughts definately worth a visit, if for no other reason but to support the builders for the simple but lovely archietural building in an area calmer than the likes of aleshiloye and also delivers on using technology to deliver security (cameras) and above all improve average shoping experience.

Finally open.. Currently has a reasonably priced supermarket, pharmacy, fast-food, a bar and some other mini stores. Parking area isn't big, so parking can be a problem.

Nice location. Expensive rent. Bothers on residential area. Hopefully the rent is reviewed downward to attract full patronage.
