Hidden Gem in Abuja. Quiet contemporary dining location in Wuse 2 Abuja also popular for private birthday parties with small groups. Dining options are many. I enjoyed the Ram Ribs Fillet with nice cocktails. The outside seating gives you great views of Abuja especially in the evenings

The Ivory Room is a restaurant in the Ivory Place, a multi-level building with an event centre and furniture outlet.

It’s one of my favourite places to dine due to the good food and nice ambience. The intercontinental menu is wide and caters to various palates.

The restaurant has good cocktails and a good wine list too. The space is great for quick business meetings, birthday parties, showers, etc.

The staff are courteous and there is adequate parking.

The Ivory Room is a beautiful space with a large accommodating sitting capacity. It’s great for celebrating birthday dinners and other formal dining affairs. It’s nice for a date too.

There’s a private (VIP) room that can be used for smaller intimate parties like bridal showers/hen night.

The food is delicious and they have good cocktails too.

They have salsa dance sessions here on Sunday (I think).

The Ivory Place has an Ivory Room where you can have drinks or dinner. We went for a group dinner and the waiters seemed overwhelmed. The food was ok. However the best place to hangout is at the bar where the mixologist knows his stuff and is very friendly.

The mixologist is fantastic and if you're open to trying new things, he makes for amazing company. The ambience is great and you can sit outside if you like. The food is great. The staff are polite and efficient. One of the best places in the capital. Love it!

It's an exotic place, well located in the heart of the buzzing area of the FCT with impressive and polite staff that make your date night very pleasant. Good music to sooth you and a club as well as proper dinner areas. Parking is a problem though.

Upscale restaurant with a lounge-like feel. Great ambience and great views all round. Good wine selection

The place is a very upscale place, at least that is what they are trying hard to make it look like, but it leaves you confused in the end of the evening.
Food is great, fancy looking, tasty with wide selection on the menu, plus portions are rather huge, so you wont leave hungry. Large selection of cocktails, wine and beer, just what you need to treat yourself at the end of the week. Service is superb, compared to other places in Abuja. There is a nice terrace with a view, but seating is not comfortable. Interior is quite original, modern and clean. Since its such an exclusive place, a dinner here is not on the cheap side, but its completely acceptable. So on paper everything looks good.
The confusion starts, when you are having a nice dinner, but at the bar, in the area which starts to look like a lounge/night club loud dance music is blasting and you can barely talk to each other, even though you are sitting in the "restaurant" area. That just kills the vibe. Ivory Room still needs to find its identity, is it a night club? Is it a lounge? Is it a restaurant, where people gather to have dinner? Because now it is all things in one. More is not always better.
