It is an old abandoned mall with some nice spots inside for photoshoots.

The Mall Aladinma, is a big shopping complex with about two hundred shops or more in it, the Mall is at the center of Owerri, and on a clean and carm environment, with a big secured parking space around it .

Such a shame they let this mall die. The owner should very well convert the place into a hotel, classy restaurants and w water-sport area with pools. But just looking at how they walled the place with concrete fence like a prison instead of a see through wire fence tells you the proprietor knows nothing about malls or the exquisite beauty of the hospitality sector to succeed.

This mall was built by the State Government in 2011, and is still not fully completed. Although, a section of it is now used as reception/event venue, most of the spaces are unoccupied. In fact, the mall is 90% under-utilised.
If the owners make it a priority, complete and lease out the spaces, making it fully operational, its rating will jump up by 2 points, as it has commensurate parking space, and located in an easily accessible part of the town. More so, quite close to the State University which should be an immense advantage for marketing/patronage purpisesresponse / report this review -
