An ultra modern shopping complex indeed, located at the mainland hub of Lagos, Yaba to be precise. To own a space here, you've got to have 2millionaire or thereabout. This has made it less sensed and not affordable for the common man who either own or have a store there before the new development. (reason for the 3star rating). But apart from that you can various items here, from getting your local fabrics to making transactions in different banks. Also has an underground parking space, utilizing the arena.
Memories of Tejuosho growing up are quite unpleasant. Crowded, smelly and generally unpleasant. Thank God for the fire.
The Ultra Modern market is big, well planned and quite spacious. Has quite a bit of underground parking and has a variety of shops.
Sadly due to the price, the crowd and variety of business types that used to be in the old market have been unable to take up space in the new, leaving the place looking abandoned and half empty.
Very big shopping complex still renting and leasing for office, shop and warehousing. Rents very exorbitant. Large parking spaces. Centrally located. The conveniences could be improved upon.
Tejuosho market has really been transformed into a very modern market. It's famous for fabric and art and craft. If you are to buy tokens for your loved ones abroad, you'll definitely not get out of there empty handed. Ha! Don't be afraid to bargain or take someone along to help you bargain if you are not good at so doing.
The Tejuosho Ultra Modern market is new and offers complete shopping under one roof. There is adequate parking space at the basement. It has water supply and toilet facilities.
The environment generally is neat; although, it could be better.
The complex is fenced and I saw some guardsmen around the premesis; it appears to be a secure environment.
In terms of safety, I think a lot still needs to be done. The parking area was dark, without electricity; this needs to be lit.
Some gutters around the complex were not well covered. I witnessed a girl accidentally step in an open crevice and sustained injuries.
Generally, the complex is a big improvement from the old Tejuosho market. Kudos to the government for the remarkable improvement.
Good space
Parking et al
Lovely place at night
Great place for exploring the shopping scene in lagos for any budget. Tricky to find parking if it's your first time in the area. Take cash if you can as this is less hassle and will stop you overspending
Planned but paid for car park which ain't bad.
Even though the shops looks spacious enough for the sellers and their goods, most of them prefer to display their goods on the corridor of the shops leaving the buyers with little navigation space.
This shopping center has a large selection and everyone works hard at their jobs If you decide to shop during prayer you have to wait till prayers are over.. The main problem is air circulation and folks forcing you to buy their productsit's very hard to focus on what you want because people are talking loud and pulling you to see what they are sellingit can become very overwhelming and scary especially if you don't know what you are doingI had fun overall and I know what to do next time
Awesome place to get a shop or go shopping. World class building I must say and kudos to Lagos State Government. Just that there are too many vacant shops and the average buyer still prefers to buy from road side sellers.
You find what ever you want to buy here
A repositioned business hub
Crowded
Very nice place
