The reason i gave one stars is because they dont have waiting or enough seating place. Clients wait outside the gate in rain and sunshine.
Not very professional or polite.
Their address is changed but google still take you to their old address. Come on TLS get updated

I wonder what Nigeria Government is doing about all these people who just come to rip off Nigerians. The site is not detailed. No telephone number to call, you cant even go back to review your application if you make mistake. This is arrant nonsense.

Terrible company, no contact details, and someone please tell me why visa applicants have to pay an extra 55 pounds for VKVI services after paying visa application fees. I only blame the UK for employing the services of such unprofessional companies. TLS and VFS all terrible companies.

This is really an horrible company.
NO address or contact displayed on their site and the only address on the internet is no longer valid as they have moved to another address without an information whatsoever.
I wonder if TLS behave like this in outside Nigeria.

Response within 20 days? no contact number or anything on your so called website seriously? this is not even right. Your service isn't excellent and Nigeria is forever a clueless country that will never learn to treat their citizens right by putting in place the right policies and never allowing incompetent firms to handle critical services like this. Jesus Christ!!!!!! what if someone needs to contact you urgently wow you need to close shop and go sell pure water or something.
