The estate is nice.. but I don't like the way the houses gets their water supplied from the central.. would be nicer is be they were allowed to have their own individual borehole. Some time they go for days without water

It's a middle - high end housing estate, a good road network. Local cabs are allowed in the estate and the estate has it's own shuttle buses. The estate is homely and not crowded. It's boasts of a clean environment

A well planned residential estate with adequate security. It has an hospital, a shopping mall, ATM machines, sports area and the residents hold a monthly meeting to discuss how to further improve the standard of living in the estate.

Very nice estate, Good access road, Good road network withing the estate, have a nice shopping mall, have a hospital, school, play ground, garden, church, mosque and steady water supply. Nice facilities management.
