I'll give their services 3 🌟 due to lack of proper dissemination of information. The waiting time, as a result of lack of proper way of disseminating information, is nothing to write home about.
Regardless, they are making effective use of the little equipment within their reach.
Recommendation
1. Kindly provide patients with the needed and timely information upon arrival either via oral or written form. This, to some extent, will reduce the escalated waiting time.
2. Additional workers may be employed to enhance the process, thus leaving the patients with good expression on their faces.response / report this review -
