Oblates of St. Joseph Chapel and Community located in Opere is a place for worship and formation of young men for the religious life and the Catholic Priesthood. The beautiful chapel is located at the centre of the community with a statue of St Joseph located on the dome of the chapel and with a statue St. Joseph Marello (founder of the Oblates of St Joseph) pointing hands towards the chapel; drawing the attention of everyone to the "holy of holies" where Jesus is ever present in the terbanacle. The environment is beautiful with natural views! It has wheelchair accessible entrance and is a wonderful place to bring children as there is large play ground and sporting facilities.
It's a place to encounter God both for daily Roman Catholic Worship, personal and group retreats. It's a place to experience Catholic liturgy with Monastic and contemporary flavour!response / report this review -

This is the major house of the Oblates of St. Joseph in Nigeria. Here we have the Chapel of St. Joseph and hostels for the seminarians. Hence it's a place of worship and a formation ground for future catholic priests
