For a school so great and special, I expected to see better sight of the tracks and the pitch.

The pitch is not covered with grass totally and it isn't well taken care of.

There a a lot of smaller pitches and it is accessible.

The fan area is well taken of though

Not a bad placee to hangout/workout. You could go in group or individually and hook up with random people there for either leisure or to workout as well. It's usually open from 5am till 7pm from Mondays to Saturdays. I can't say for opening and closing hours for Sundays. A good place overall if the student vibe won't bother you.

Nice place for your birthday, sport activities and others. You can get drinks and snacks around too. People in the environs come here for recreational activities every Saturday. Unilag Sports Centre featured a Gym that is open to the public and also the students can use the gym for a nominal monthly Fee. This is also the place where all official sporting campus activities take place. External academic institutions can also get an official permit to use the sports center by writing an official letter to the management of the school.

This is a go to place for all manners of sporting activities. I observed that both private and public schools do use this facilities for inter-house sport events as well. There are usually food vendors at the entrance to the main gate where one can grab quick bite of snacks and chilled drinks. It is a kid-friendly place. There's ample space for several cars to park right outside at the gate.

This is a major meeting point for Students of University of Lagos. Lagos, Nigeria.
It is fast becoming a major place in the university environment because of the influx of students who visits here especially after classes.
This centre needs more attention from the school management. Branding the centre wouldn't be a bad direction.
    Nice place for hangout.

The facility was lively and vibrant with activities, but the environment was in dire need of cleaning up.

Definitely one of the best university sport center in Nigeria. Enjoy the new indoor pool for just #200 per swim. 😂

Nice but could be better. Some of the facilities are deteriorating & for years no concrete action as been taken to fix them. If fixed, this sports complex would be high class.

Although the pitches are wide enough to accommodate the standard number of sportsmen, they lack adequate maintenance.

Sports Centre of the University of Lagos has served many pretty well and will still serve many. A few little touches and it will become a much-loved ultra-modern sports facility.

Top notch sport center, great for sporting activities of all kinds and also for concerts and shows. But the facility has lost its prestige due to inadequate maintenance, they should put more effort in restoring it to top class status.

    A tennis court
2 football fields with audience stand.

Good for work out. I usually play volleyball. Volleyball and basketball training and game takes place mostly on Saturdays from 7:30am. You can also jog and play tennis. Tennis happens at another court and not the main sports arena.
