  Good ambiance in and out. The generator is rubbish though - lights flicker when the generator is running and it's been this way for months!

  Outdated policies no one helps with your bags, toiletries are hardly replenished and the ones opened by you are taken away.

  Very lovely place to be, cool environment and nice location. If you are lodging there and want to go out at night you have to use the back gate as the main estate gate gets locked by 10 for security reasons.

  Located in a serene and safe environment, lovely structure but it appears to have been poorly maintained.
  For a newly built hotel it's quite disappointing.
  Short staffed, fair parking space, no handicap entrance, elevator present.

  The place is cozy and located in a serene environment within the Eliada Estate. It can be accessed from Port Harcourt/Enugu Expressway or from Okporo road off the Port Harcourt/Enugu Expressway.
  
  There is a 24 hour security within the estate.

  very good place for those interested in sailing. they have a private beach and the drinks here are pump price. Their food is also awesome.
