South Shore Women's and Children's Hospital has a team of experienced professional gynaecologist and paediatrician who have made my stay here quite a success. The area for improvement is on feeding. An in-house caterer would be the best. Overall, thumbs up.

I am very impressed with the quality of service, ambiance of the room and the warmth of all the staff members. The food was not very nice though, an improvement would be advised in that regard.

Finishing from secondary school, I expected to be sure of what I wanted to study. However, I was as undecided as ever. So I embarked on a work experience at South Shore Women's Clinic, to see whether medicine was an option for me. And I must say that spending two months at this clinic, rotating through the different departments, greatly influenced my desire to become a doctor. It turned out to be a very informative and educational period, where I learnt skills I can use forever like interpreting prescriptions and taking a person's vitals with and without machinery. I am very happy that I got a chance to do this and I would like to say a big thankyou to everyone at South Shore, from the doctors, to the nurses, to Doctor Alabi, for their friendliness, patience and cheerful dispositions. Observing the way everyone works together like a well-oiled machine changed my perspective on work ethics and I thank them all for helping me mold my future!

    Dear Mr Lawal,

We have written to you about the comment you made about my person and us as an organisation. We have advised you to correct your comments and say the true course of event because of the twisted recollection and malicious way you have painted events in this medium.

Whilst we respect the privacy of your wife as our patient, we do not want to have to explain the events on the open space.

We believe it is fair to be factual and truthful all the time. Your comments were based on administrative event that happened a year after your wife's care in our facility.

One of our primary objective is excellent customer care and we have always done everything possible to achieve and maintain this.

Very bad service. Especially their so called medical director - Dr Alabi who chose to delay my wife's medical report cos we decided to change clinics due to bad service and inadequate experienced doctors. I would not recommend South Shore to an enemy.
