Lovely menu. I'm kinda addicted to the banana parfait but I must say that the delivery service is extremely poor and if there is another worst word for extremely poor delivery service, then that's the word to be used. Everyone keeps complaining about this but they have refused to act on this terrible flaw. It's really appalling that you place an order by 8am in the morning and the supposed breakfast doesn't get delivered till noon, yet the delivery fee is N500. Please work on this cuz it definitely affects your sales, in case you are not aware.

The interior has been rearranged! Good for them. All their juices and smoothies are great. Salads too. They used to have an "oil" dressing with their tuna and avocado salad-Amazing;too bad they no longer serve that.
I don't exactly like their potato Chicken wrap- I swear you don't need to eat for days after eating that. Maybe it's me.response / report this review -

I absolutely love their menu but I have to say: if you cannot drive to Ikoyi or have someone pick up for you, it's not worth it. Every time I order from them online, I end up having to buy something else (of course, unhealthy snacks) before they deliver. Their average delivery time is 3 hours.
My advice is they should not offer delivery service. Until I hear news about improved delivery service, so long, So Fresh.response / report this review -

Terrible online service. i personally feel they should stop delivering. i only just tried their parfait once and fell in love with it it was absolutely perfect except for the price. But their delivery time is extremely late. Last week they stopped picking their calls about 3 hours after we ordered only to deliver our order 7 hours after we placed it.
Yesterday they stopped picking their calls, and they never delivered any of our orders. In my opinion, any eatery that would allow their customers to wait indefinitely from 11am and never deliver the order, not apologize or call deserves 0.1 star if possible, no matter how nice their menu is.response / report this review -

Good food, good price, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! This place has tasty, well-priced, salads and wraps but their operations are a disaster. Every time I have ordered online (4 times in past week), the food has come late. The last time, the food arrived 5 hours late!
There are SO MANY issues. We can start with the fact that they only have 1 published contact number which is impossible to reach, or that the delivery agents usually have no idea whether you've paid online or not, or that one cannot make a payment using a debit card (and the online payment solution is ropey at best), or that half the time they call you after 1.5 hours to let you know they don't have one of the items you ordered (and this is when they remember to call).
I'm not a foreigner, so I'm used to bad Naija service, but this place has to be the worst by a distance. I personally think they should close down the online operation and go back to the drawing board.response / report this review -

Healthy food, great service! But quite small and waiting time can be discouraging. Plus, there's very limited parking area, which can leave one absolutely frustrated sometimes.
