Can somebody help me with an answer here please,
I bought a Samsung galaxy 6edge from someone, but what am seeing on the plane background of the phone, which is supposed to be plain white, but instead, what am seeing there is a red or pink colored written like time number (o'clock) at the upper side and down left a call symbol like, pls my question here is does it mean they have changed the screen before? or what is it?

Along Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent, almost opposite Poly Plaza, this Customer Care Centre is the legitimate complaint centre if you have a genuine Samsung phone. Minor repairs will be done at little or no charge for you and if major repairs are required, you will be directed on how to go about it without running the risk of losing your phone to quacks or being shaved clean of your savings by phone touts. Close to this Centre is Johnny Rockets so you can get a bite to eat while waiting for your phone to be repaired.

In as much as the customer service was superb, I think they are rip off. I took two of my Samsung devices to inquire about repairs and accessories and they kept mentioning exorbitant prices. I had to leave politely with my integrity intact😆

Good customer service but it took almost six months to get mum's phone fixed though. It was still under warranty and should have been replaced.

They take care of almost all issues you can have with your Samsung device. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. If the part to repair your phone is not available, then you would have to wait a few more days for the part to be brought from Lagos. Payment can be done using cash or transfer to their bank account. Transfer can delay tho as Lagos (their Head office) has to confirm your payment before you can leave with your repaired phone.
If your phone is still under warranty, them you could get you phone fixed for free once it's not damage done by the customer e.g. broken screen
By and Large, it is an ok place and you get good service

Bought an S8 screen guard yesterday 10th October. It got chipped same day, hairline crack by today. The phone hasn't fallen or hit any surfaces. Substandard and cheap product sold at an inflated price. Not worth the so called Samsung brand on the pack. Don't buy the screen guard. Supposed to be zero stars. Thumbs down!!!
Still chipping and breaking for no apparent reason. Never seen such a useless screen guard
