The library is being run in an old fashioned way. No technology improvement and no new facility to help enhance the use of modern day materials for students. The only materials useful however are the projects done by others already in the past that are kept in the archives and cannot be brought out. Many other things still need upgrade such as the furniture and the fans!

The library was built from the generous donation of the benefactor Late Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola and it was named after one of his wife Salawu Abiola to honour her memory. The library affords young minds vast range of books to explore for research and updates. Though there is need to upgrade the books but you will find various tropical books there. There is also a section for e-library for those who want to access online resources.

Stock up to date books for staff and students as a leading institution of higher learning. E-book and internet conductivity available for both staff and students.
