  The Grove is one of the most historic sites in Nigeria. It carries the traditions of the Yorùbá people. On getting to the Grove, we saw the monkeys all around. The sculptures tell stories of time past. I remember there was a sculpture called the flying tortoise and each sculpture has an anecdote to it. The Grove was an interesting place to be, you should visit it sometime. 😀

  Osun Grove is one of the fascinating Tourist centres in Africa, it had attracted many people from different parts of the world. The environment is very cool, wonderful and aesthetic. The government of state of Osun could do better by funding the Grove by making it more attracting to international Tourists. I enjoyed myself, I saw nature in reality, it was fantastic. I doubt if the memory of the Grove can ever be swept away, I will encourage anyone to visit to Grove.

  Osun shrine is one of the oldest, and interesting place with ancient figures, status and houses.Historical background of the place is very interesting.People all over the world do come to the place for different things.I am personally love to go to osun groove for meditation, refreshments, research,power and many more

  I enjoyed every second spent here. The tour guide (Lekan) was excellent and very professional in taking me around. It's surely an experience that'll stay with me for LIFE!!!
  
  FEES: The entrance fee was NGN100 (one hundred Nigeria Naira)
  FEEDING: Though there are no restaurants in the groove, however, there are nice restaurants that sells both local, continental and intercontinental dishes within the city not more than 10 minutes drive from the GROOVE
  
  Can't wait for another time to explore this vast forest

  I enjoyed seeing the mega-sized sculptures and carvings honouring the goddess Osun. They are great works of art created by Susan Wenger and some other artists. People still come here to pay homage and pray to Osun. We saw some people doing this.
  
  There is a well-attended Osun-Oshogbo festival in August honouring the goddess.
  
  Entrance fees: 100N for locals, 500N for foreigners
  Camera fees: 1000N for phone cameras, 2000N for professional cameras
  
  -1 star because the tour guide was not very informative and rushed us through the grove. Additionally, there was trash everywhere but on our way out, we met the manager who was picking up trash as he walked. If all the employees were that conscientious there wouldn't be a trash problem.
