The beautiful artwork at the roundabout is titled youth empowerment. The concept is to display the academic side of Yaba.

Without a doubt, this point is one of the town's main traffic stops. The commercial buses and motorcycles make it a traffic hotspot as they can be unruly most times. In addition, the roads around here are quite narrow, further compounding traffic at both on and off peak periods. However, the fast-paced hustle that characterises 'here' is what makes Sabo tick.

It is along the famous Herbert Macaulay way with few statues hanging at various spots which makes the roundabout clumsy. The whole space looks tights and that is because of the shops hanging around and the indiscreminate parking of buses just anywhere causing traffic at times.

Sabo-Yaba roundabout is hub to a number of places. Primarily, It leads to Iwaya, Makoko, Oyadiran Estate, Karimu Williams, Sabo market etc. On the other side of the road, it leads to E-Centre, Custodian Tower, Whitehouse etc.
You can get busses going to the following places: Yaba, Fola-Agoro, Shomolu, Ketu-Mile12, Ojota, Maryland, Ikeja etc. Also, you can get Keke Marwa to Mushin and Yaba from here.
The streets that branche off the roundabout is called Commercial avenue on both sides, and it never sleeps as it hosts barbecue joints, hotels, bars and lot more form of entertainment.
Accessibility to ghe island, less than 20mons drive from VI without serious traffic jam, other wise within an hour for regular traffic.

The place is rowdy. You have to be careful as a pedestrian, especially when crossing the road. Those drivers have no chill.

Very busy, be careful. Look out for traffic signal and police. Plus, the road is bad.

Commercial buses have turned this place to bus stops and the fact that it's an intersection make it prone to traffic

The commercial bus drivers cause traffic at this roundabout due to their antics of picking and dropping passengers at will

You may want to avoid taking this route. Most times it's blocked due to large number of vehicles and the deficient traffic lights around it.
