A good place to buy good and variety of mobile phones and accessories. Their prices are somehow competitive and products have limited warranty. They have in house workshop for repairs or rework of products within warranty period.

Yeah u get affordable phones here but u need to shine ur eyes as the there are some refurbished phones packaged as new here. Depend on referrals to buy original phones. Ensure u park at designated car parks to avoid stories that tough the heart

SLOT needs to work on its customer service values. Its not enough to be a large brand and all what it focuses on is just sales. Furthermore, being situated in an area like Computer Village doesn't give the leeway to poor service. There should be something that should stand out with respect to service delivery. Overall, my experience at the two outlets in computer village was far less than satisfying.

Reliable place to purchase computers or telephone handsets, friendly and helpful assistants are available to help make your purchase. However, while you make your purchase, you would need to hold your bladder. If you need to go, you would have to make do with a 'public' restroom after paying a token fee.

It is also very reliable and accessible considering that facts that it has multiple branches to meet the needs of various areas in the country and even moreso because it's prices are uniform and can be said to be one of the most affordable and reliable in the market today. Quality is assured and warranty covers are upheld on most products. The workers are trained retailers and strategically operational.
