Rude workers
I was on the last floor one day and I asked for drink by 4am and the bar tender said he can't climb to the last floor. They make the best noodles but rude workers, rude workers again and again.
One burnt my shirt and folded it brought it to my room and I asked him why the shirt is still rough and he said 'madam na so I sabi iron reach' before I even noticed my shirt was burnt

The hotel has large and spacoius rooms. Nice structure. The hotel is fast becoming a shadow of its old self. The owners need to do good renovation work and upgrade.

This was my fist time visiting the country and the hotel..I must say I was very pleased to be there. The service was impeccable!!!! Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linen.the food was very delicious, the hotel was very beautiful and the location was just right..most of all, the staff were very friendly and professional!!
They made my stay enjoyable in Nigeria and I will definitely be seeing them again😊😊😊

No adequate armed security,Room not upgraded but not too far from Benin Airport. For me Prestige Hotel is better, with adequate security and closeness to Airport, Airforce base and Military base. When you are in Benin..your personal security must be your top priority.

A rundown, shadow of its initially glamorized version. The hotel has inadequate number of staff, the bar is run down/ramshackle. It gives you the feeling that the place has been abandoned
