I just love this place.wheneva I'm in agbor and I'm not in our family 🏠 then it's Royal courtyard.the place is clean,spacious,good receptionists,good food,you name itand the light is constant

Well.this place is gradually fading away. Although for a place like Agbor township where the hotel is located it could earn a four star but when compared to industry standards, two star is being magnanimous. The front line staff are not quick in attending to guest needs. Power. Is not 247 and it could be boring on weekends. The air conditioners are switched off before 7am and there are no fans in the rooms. So be ready for some heat! The flat screen TVs are 16 or 18 inches and too tiny for the size of the rooms. You have to squint to see images on the TV but don't bother reading anything scrolling on the TV. On the good side, the toilets are clean. Towels clean. But bedsheets old and need changing. The facility need to be brought to life; some outdoor paintings are underway.. The swimming pool is dead. Or maybe under renovation but didn't see any sign of maintenance through out my stay. Cleaning of the room is not well done as cobwebs are visible all over the ceiling and hidden angles in the rooms.

I arrived to meet the water heater not working ask for them to bring hot water to bath which took forever. asked again the next day, waited over 2 hours and the water never came.The AC only comes on from 7:30pm - 6am. Wouldn't recommend coming here to dress up for your wedding or event. There was no apology for not bringing the hot water. An ordinary electric kettle was too much to put in the room for us to use instead of the water heater.
wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. try a different hotel and look at the facilities before you pay.response / report this review -
