Athletes are great leaders! Pleasantly surprised facilities are well maintained, despite this being an almost colonial structure. Administrators could derive more revenue if out to more frequent use. Parking is not an issue.

This place is filled with all sorts of sport activities, from tennis to basketball and the likes. Also, there's a bar somewhere in this place. So get ready for a good time!

In my opinion, the best thing about this park is that everyone is family and they make you feel at home. Access is free for all and there are facilities for basketball, handball, tennis, volleyball, martial arts, gym, bird squeaking contests and more. Open 7 days of the week.

Parking is available in this park which features a swimming pool and indoor hall. Outside is the basketball court and a netball court. An ATM machine sits at the main entrance and the grounds are kept clean. The Lagos State government has breathed new life into the park and it is a favoured spot for sport and athletic meets.

Rowe Park is a mini Sports Centre under the ministry of Youth and Social Development in Lagos state. This centre has many games courts or field such as Basketball Court, Handball Court, Volleyball Court, Abula Court, Tennis Courts, Squash Court, Swimming Pool, Indoor Badminton Court, Table Tennis. The centre also has facilities for Karate Training, Taekwondo Training, Boxing Training, Indoor Gymnastics, Judo, Wrestling, Local Wrestling. There's a medical clinic and a lot of administrative offices in this centre. More importantly, there's a lot of space for cars to park.

Basketball players would love this place. There is a basketball court there. Not one in itself. Other sports spaces are present there too.

I was here for the Fed Pensions Verification Exercise. The parking lot is big enough to accommodate a marquee for seating over a thousand people and still have sufficient parking space for some 80 cars.

About the best sports facility in Yaba area of Lagos. State-sponsored and has the best training equipment and coaches. Preambles and rehearsals for local and international games are usually done here.

Rowe Park is a Lagos State owned sports facility.
Because of this, many of the facilities are available to the general public to use, and it has been a breeding ground for many great talents, including the legendary NBA player, Hakeem Olajuwon.
However, it is currently in a state of disrepair, and being grossly mismanaged. A large number of equipment are in need of replacement, and funds towards administration, salaries and grants are often delayed.

But, I workout and run classes from there 3 times a week. If you can figure out how to make the best of the space, you'll be absolutely fine going to workout there.
