I've been a frequent customer of Roadster for a few years now. Long before they moved from Wole Olateju to Admiralty Way (a nicer spot) just over a year ago. However their service has since deteriorated instead of improved. They stopped free delivery because according to them, their delivery bike got stolen. They promised to replace it and asked customers to bear with them a few months. One year later they have not only not replaced the bike but have doubled delivery charges. The guy who takes calls (sadly i think is the manager) has no business talking to customers. He lacks the requisite customer service skills, is abrasive and very fond of getting into arguments with customers. This is a classic example of how poor customer service negates the quality of food served.
