If I could I would give 0 stars. Staff (except the receptionist) were abusive. They couldn't find my booking. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE, YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED! They do not have a clue how to run a business or know what customer service is. Book somewhere else it is just a waste of time. Their A.C. in the reception was leaking. All their other reviews must be fake.

In Abuja, Residency Hotel is facility well maintained. The staff are courteous and helpful. They are also polite. The hotel has large parking space and security. They also have budget accommodations and always willing to give concessions.
