The training has been extraordinary from the organization/management of the program to the lecturer engr David i so much love the way is teaching pattern. RETTI is a big player in the renewable energy, solar energy training and solutions provisions.

The instructors Engr David, Engr Simon, Engr Solomon with the director Madam Gloria and the WAVE team are amazing at information dissemination and coordination of the overall knowledge transfer of the solar energy training.

The instructors have a way of simplifying the core knowledge and calculations to very simplest levels while enlightening everyone to the myriad of opportunities available in the industry and global issues.

It's amazing how RETTI also partners with relevant NGOs like WAVE and other institutions to ensure more solar entrepreneurs and professionals are strategically empowered.

I recommend and endorse RETTI anytime

RETTI is a very organized and impactful community. I had a wonderful 2weeks of intense and very practical training. From the maths sessions to brain storming to hands-on practicals, it's been mind-blowing. I love the facilitators styles of teaching, the collaborative sessions with colleagues and the enabling environment to make mistakes and learn from the mistakes, no judgement.
Thanks RETTI for this lifetime opportunity to finally become a Solar Installer👍👍👍

The WAVE/RETTI Solar design and installation and entrepreneurship training was an exceptional one with a power packed experience.
I am a solar engineer before this training but I must confess that this training gave me a better understanding of solar system design with a wonderful trainer like Engr. David who was exceptionally patient to breakdown every details to a layman understanding. He actually made the training so simple for even first timers with no engineering background.
So grateful to the WAVE team for great work done with the soft skill training.

This has been the best training in the space of two weeks I have been able to understand alot of what I need to understand in the field of photovoltaic system .
The institute provides a good opportunity for people with or without the knowledge of science or engineering to understand photovoltaic system and its application with very understanding and good tutors who break down all with easy for one to understand better . I was able to install a 1kva solar system in a kiosk in just the space of two week 🤗.
