I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 13-15 February 2018. Their services are excellent and commendable. They cater for the comfort and convenience of their guests. For example they indicate the Quibla Director in each room for muslim guests who would want to observe their daily prayer without difficulty to know the Quibla direction to face. The environment is serene and secure. The guest are provided with all necessary information to enjoy their stay. They even provide feedback mechanism for their guests to rate them and make suggestions for improved service. That is to say the management are not complacent with their present level of service to their guests. It is a hotel that I will recommend for both Nationals and foreign visitors having business to do in Abuja, Nigeria and who can afford it.

Staying at the new hotel wing. Nicely set up hotel. Everything is almost perfect except for the rugs in all the rooms. These need proper cleaning attention to prevent dust pile up. Apart from this, every other thing is good to go.. meals are great, pool is neat appropriately sized and pool bar is YES.

I went to this hotel for a conference. The conference hall we used was small but I later discovered they have different sizes of halls and some are much bigger than that one.
So overall, the place was OK, the food was good and the service was excellent.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip to Abuja. The room was run down and unclean. Lights are dim or not working. The switch for AC and other lights are right on your head at the bed. The switches have lights and you cannot sleep due to tiny red lights of the switches. I placed pillow to improvise. The room had bad smell. The shower direction is also technically wrong. I think they didn't involve technical support in designing. The service is slow and careless. They made mistake in wake up calling time. So if you are staying in this hotel, you are on your own for waking up. Don't depend on the wake up call. The good thing was the bed. It was firm and bed sheets were clean. Food and accommodation are not value for money.

It's a wonderful place located in a busy part of town The environment is serene with free Wi-Fi for your stay. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable

Their meeting rooms are in various sizes depending on number of participants. Their food is excellent and they've retained a particular chef for a long time. He often interacts with guests about their opinions on the food. Have used the hotel at least 5 times. Excellent

Reiz continental hotel is one of the best hotels in Central Business District (CBD). Starting right from the security post, the guards are amazing. My first encounter with them was when I first got to Abuja.
