  Nice office suites within this facility. The security is well managed, ample parking space but sometimes not enough for when events are organized by the residing companies. Its location is strategic with two entrances and exits. It's serene and well maintained.

  The place seems to catch fire every couple of years. Maybe it's the wiring Other than that, good office space.
