I attended a training programme/seminar at this hotel. We were hosted at the basement. It was convenient and accommodating enough for the number that graced the event. There were seats enough for that number. About the estimate number it contained? I cannot tell. But, it should be at least 500.
The hotel had neat surroundings but I didn't like the capacity of the parking space. I know the owners are well aware of it. It's really tight and cannot accommodate too many cars. That should be worked on.response / report this review -

It's a nice hotel with well structured rooms. The services offered are very good. They have swimming pool, gym , halls and so much more fun attractions. To top it all it is a very beautiful and well classed hotel.

Used this hotel a number of times. Staff are super duper helpful. Hotel is clean but surprisingly full of mosquitoes this year however staff quick with the insecticide whenever you ask. Air-conditioning works well but switches off whenever they switch to the generators. The switch to generators much slower this year compared to other times I stayed there and i was in darkness for a few minutes whilst the switch was made a number of times. The restaurant is very accommodating and I have to recommend the poolside barbecue fish (amazing!)and the breakfast buffet - for some bizarre reason pasta/noodles is on the breakfast menu but the sweet potatoes, eggs, beans, moi-moi, yam and fresh fruit selection amazing. Bathrooms were a bit dim (only spotlights) but they added more lights last time I was there and the hot water works! I haven't tried their annex so this is only for the main hotel. Lots of parking and security as well.

An okay place not luxurious though. Catchy at the bar is a drink worth 1.5 million naira (approx. $4055).

The rooms are just okay. Their breakfast table is the good part as it offers more on the menu than one will get for a hotel of its size. Same with the buffet at lunch
