  Its a public water tap outlet, not a business building. No phone or website. Just a means of dispensing water to the needy in the community. Users go there with portable water containers typically 20 liters, cue up and obtain water for their daily needs. Projects like this are typically sponsored by the International Oil Companies, Government and other public spirited individuals for the benefit of the communities.
