Be careful of this site so that you are not scammed!
I booked and paid for accommodation on March 20th 2022. The address given to me did not exist when I traced it after booking.
I have been asking for refund since then, but to no avail. I have submitted every request they asked for in order to get the refund (evidence of payment, booking reference, my account details etc) and I'm still waiting as at the time of this posting April 10th 2022.
I spoke with one Ms Banke that tried to explained that they paid landlord and they are awaiting refund from landlord for service not provided. She went mute when I asked what is my business with their landlord? I never sign contract neither did I paid any landlord but payment made to PropertyListHob Nigeria Ltd and they failed to provide the accommodation nor refund me till date. She has since stopped responding to my call/contact.
That is why I said be careful of this site so that you are not the next victim of scam of over #100,000 (one hundred thousand naira).
Just a quick update; I got my refund today May 2nd, 2022!response / report this review
