The waiters and waitress there don't have curtsey, no manners of approach, talk to customers anyhow they like. The management should take note please, they should treat customers with respect no matter how big or small they are.

Beautiful Environment, poor customer care, switched to a smaller generator at midnight and the fan was barely working. Couldn't sleep because the air-conditioning didn't work with the smaller generator. Long long long night. Not going near the place ever

Very poor, was at the reception for over 30 minutes before I was attended to, the Hotel switched over to a smaller generator at 12am and the Air conditioner stopped working, the fan was just loud and not blowing any air at all.. Very very terrible experience. Will not go back there and not recommend anyone to this pathetic place.

It was ok, given that its not exactly in the City.serene environment, Nice pool. Close to a University, so the lounge area comes alive in the night. They can do better with house keeping in my opinion. Very lively place. Maximum security guaranteed as soldiers are on ground 24hrs guarding the place.

Princess Sarah suites and lounge is unarguably the the best spot for those who want cosy accommodation and fun. Located just behind the Nassarawa State University (NSUK), it is the ideal spot for students and the young at heart. It boasts of superb and well furnished suites for lodging, a dance floor, a wine bar stocked to the tills with assorted wines, a restaurant, grill, shawarma spot, saloon, laundry mart, a spacious car park, prime security network and boutique. The highest point of attraction is the modern swimming pool that comes complete with music and a wine bar. This is obviously the best spot for me. If you have any event in keffi and environs and want some fun on the sidelines, I strongly recommend Princess Sarah Suites and Lounge.
