It is a nice estate with a swimming pool and some sporting facilities. It has 24 hours power and clean water which is inputted into your service charge. However, there are a good number of flats which might be an off point for someone that prefers few flats or houses within an estate.

Nice estate, I believe the budging quality has alot of room for improvement. The facility management and services is fantastic, security is good. Environment is very neat and serene. Low levels of noise.

One of the best condominium residential areas in Lagos, clean and serene environment and adequate security. Dont be deceived by the PrimeWaterView for there is no water around this area, there are little or no gardens/park for this area and the rent/sale value is very pricey for a condominium.

Definitely a treasure chest of pieces of art and craft created by Nigeria's most talented and esteemed artists. A must do for the top 5 places to visit when in Lagos. The welcome and indeed the farewell you receive will definitely be a memory you will cherish after meeting Chief Nike and her team of friendly and professional staff who will go the extra mile to ensure your visit is memorable. Might have been my first visit but by no means my last.
