I was here for a Workshop which took place in their "Conference Hall". In my opinion, the Precinct Comfort is not exactly a comfortable place.

Lodging here will probably add to your stress levels if you're seeking a serene place. It is more suitable for when you don't care where you lay your head and if proximity to the centre of town is of more importance than quality.

It's not a remarkable place; has no special amenities.

Just OK.Facility looks neat and cosy. However, WiFi facilities was not readily available. Electricity wasn't 24hrs.
