Had an emergency and they were available and ready to attend to us on a Sunday Morning no less. After losing 2 previous dogs from a similar situation with a different provider, I was impressed at their quick responses and the level of information provided (Dr Uju also provided regular updates including pictures and video).
The furry one is back home now and fully recovered. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is only because I just started using their services, if they keep this up I will be updating this review!

My healthy dog died 2 days after taking him to get groomed. He was completely shaved as he was matted in some places. When I went back to get him, he had little cuts EVERYWHERE.(they didn’t even give any ointment to help) He was so traumatised, he wasn’t himself. Now he’s dead. I see good reviews on here but this is obviously the standards that typically Nigerians are use to but in the normal world this vet would be shut down and sued. My baby is gone and it’s all their fault.

These guys are not just into Veterinary for the money.
They sincerely love and feel for animals.
I took my female cat- Jasmine to them for a suspected louse infection and they weren't even afraid of holding her and examining her.
In the end and luckily, she didn't have any lice on her.
But she was dewormed and given other medicines for prevention of ailments.
Which part of them were given freely.
Again, just to be certain and for I and my loved ones to have peace of mind , she was sprayed anti-lice spray.
I was thinking the fees would be high but it's truly affordable.
6 days later, they even called to check up on Jasmine the cat and know how she is doing.
I'll always be back here for her if she isn't feeling good.response / report this review -

I had an amazing time vaccinating my baby and her pups, they took very good care of her. I would recommend for the best care for your pets.

Pets haven feels like home for the dogs and the owner! And they treated Chocolate for Parvo! A lot of hardwork. Top notch and impressive!

Pets haven is home away from home for my dog, ranging from good services to friendly doctors and friendly environment!. They are always on track and on time with my dogs appointment dates. I just always look forward to our next visit😉. A safe haven for your dog is @ pets haven.

Absolutely wonderful service from this company. We paid for the home service and they went above and beyond to care for all 3 of our dogs. Very hardworking and extremely professional, with great attention to detail. I only have good things to say about them and I thank Dr. Rianat and the vet assistant Daniel for really explaining and providing top notch service. God bless you both! Keep doing what you do.
